Janelle graduated from Dowling College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a certified nutritionist through USA Diet Plans and is currently studying for her certification in general nutrition & sports nutrition with the ISSA. Janelle is a state, national and world bodybuilding champion. She has been personal training for 13 years and has experience with program design for all ages and fitness levels.
Janelle develops customized nutrition plans for clients based on weight, body fat percentage and activity level. Her nutrition program is based on whole, all-natural foods without the use of artificial sweeteners or preservatives, and on he idea that the plan is "eating for life", not a "fad". Her passion for fitness/bodybuilding shows in her clients' results.
