IT'S RARE, BUT SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS…

We Sent You The Wrong Product:
Please call Customer Service and request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #). We will send you a pre-paid return label. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will immediately ship the correct product.

You Ordered The Wrong Product:
If the product has not been opened, we can offer a full refund for the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Call Customer Service and request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #). Ship the unopened product back to us with tracking and insurance on the package. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will immediately credit your account the full product cost minus the shipping.

You’re Not Pleased With The Product:
